Job Overview
As an All-Rounder/Barista at John Ward Fine Coffee, you’ll be a key part of our quick-paced, friendly team. This role requires someone who is versatile, confident, and thrives in a dynamic setting. You’ll rotate between re-stocking, food prep, making quality coffee, and keeping the shop running smoothly during busy periods

Responsibilities
Restock supplies, prep food items, and assist in basic food handling
Support other team members during peak hours
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work setting and support each other during busy periods

Requirements
Previous experience in coffee/food service is essential
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours




Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; food handling certification is a plus
A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others and providing outstanding customer service

You’ll Be Great In This Role If You:
Have previous experience in a fast-paced café or hospitality setting
Know how to pull a proper espresso shot and steam milk (or are eager to learn)
Are a multitasker who can stay calm under pressure
Enjoy talking to people and creating a welcoming vibe
Are reliable, punctual, and take initiative
Can work weekends and early mornings as needed

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
