We are seeking a passionate and energetic Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, and specialized services such as eyelash extensions. Duties
MUST KNOW THREADING
Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare routines and products
Assist clients at the front desk by scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and managing client records
Promote retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and upselling additional services to enhance their experience
Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards




Build robust relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and attentive service
Support team efforts by participating in promotional events and staying updated on the latest skincare trends and techniques

Requirements
Valid Esthetician license or certification as required by state law
Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred; certification is a plus
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Proven ability to upsell retail products and promote services confidently
Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and client records efficiently
Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Prior experience at the front desk or in retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory
