Soban Sushi & Asian Taste is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher & Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. We are a Korean and Japanese fusion restaurant, and we are currently finishing a major renovation at our new location. We are looking for someone who is responsible, energetic, and willing to work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen workplace. Main Duties: Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and cooking equipment Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized Clean kitchen areas, floors, and workstations Help with basic food preparation Prepare vegetables, sauces, and ingredients as directed Support cooks and sushi chefs during service Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Take out garbage and help maintain a clean kitchen Requirements: Kitchen experience is an asset, but not required Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking Able to work in a rapid-paced workplace Able to stand for long periods Team player with a positive attitude Willing to learn and follow instructions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
