Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team! In this vital role, you will manage the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your expertise in accounting software and financial processes will help us maintain smooth operations and support our growth.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Sage, Microsoft programs
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and internal records
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports

Qualifications




Proven experience with accounting software including Sage, Microsoft programs
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
Experience managing accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
Knowledge of payroll administration and related compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare transparent reports
Prior experience in account reconciliation, budgeting, and account analysis is preferred

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
Bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)
