Coordinate & perform the accounting and administrative/reception duties
Analyze the financial data and prepare qaurterly reports to be reviewed by the Board
Manage & prepare the weekly payroll for close to thirty employees and administer the group insurance and pension plan
Provide administrative and secretarial duties as needed
Prepare the documents and assist in the annual audit process.
Attend Board of Director’s meetings and prepare Board itineraries and minutes of these meetings, along with processing the renumeration.
Along with office administrative duties, the Coordinator will also execute the payroll, prepare correspondence, oversee the petty cash and other office duties as requested
Maintains a filing system of all financial, board related and administrative documents.



Archives all administrative files annually and destroys the outdated year.

Qualifications

Requirements
DEC or college degree in administration / accounting.
Pertinent Experience in this area of employment
All combinations of education and pertinent experience will be considered
Valuable communication skills with Intermediate bilingualism (English & French)
Ability to work autonomously
Robust multi-tasking, organizational and interpersonal skills
Able to prioritize according to deadlines
Welcoming demeanor
