Responsibilities
Install, inspect, and repair gas lines and HVAC systems in accordance with safety standards and building codes
Perform maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning units, and related appliances
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations
Conduct soldering tasks as needed for secure piping connections
Troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge
Ensure all work complies with local regulations and safety protocols
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used
Skills
Proven experience in plumbing, HVAC installation, or related mechanical fields
Robust welding skills for pipe fitting and repairs
Knowledge of boilers, appliances, and mechanical systems
Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately
Mechanical aptitude with a focus on maintenance and repair tasks
Construction experience is a plus for site preparation and installation work
