Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair procedures, estimates, and recommended services clearly and transparently
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of work
Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle health and safety
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders,



and vehicle history
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Qualifications
Proven experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on mechanic experience is a significant advantage
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
Demonstrated ability to upsell services tactfully while prioritizing customer needs
Basic cash handling skills with attention to accuracy in transactions
Knowledge of automotive repair processes and dealership operations is desirable
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
