Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff for food preparation and delivery
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Upsell menu items to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue by recommending popular dishes or specials
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently




Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food industry regulations and safety protocols
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations, quick turnaround times, and exceptional guest service at all times

Experience
Previous food service experience in a quick-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
Experience in serving or restaurant roles that demonstrate hospitality expertise and guest-focused service

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
