Duties
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients to ensure timely meal service
Support cooking activities by following recipes and maintaining proper food handling procedures
Prepare and serve food items efficiently while adhering to food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards
Help with stock rotation, inventory checks, and proper storage of ingredients and supplies
Support the serving process by assisting with plating and delivering meals to customers or dining areas




Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working workplace for staff and guests

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is highly desirable
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
Ability to perform meal preparation tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Strong understanding of kitchen operations including cooking techniques and food presentation
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues
Basic serving experience preferred but not essential; willingness to learn is key
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as required

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
