Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients, enhancing their natural beauty while ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with clients about their preferences and needs.

Responsibilities
Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate styles and lengths of eyelash extensions.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized and in good condition.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling products related to eyelash care and maintenance.




Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and techniques to provide clients with cutting-edge options.

Skills
Proven experience in retail sales and customer service, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong communication skills to effectively discuss services, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
Experience in front desk operations is a plus, including appointment scheduling and client management.
Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
Knowledge of eyelash extension techniques is essential; certification or training in this area is preferred.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.
Pay: Commission-based
