Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Psychotherapist to join our team.

Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, particularly children and adolescents.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and case management activities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, when required.
Educate clients and families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources.
Stay informed about current trends in psychotherapy relevant to client care.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field with appropriate registration (RP, RSW).




Experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting is highly desirable.
Excellent case management skills with the ability to coordinate care effectively across various disciplines.
Familiarity with special education services and resources available for children with mental health challenges.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in practice.

Pay: $105.00-$111.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
