We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who has basic knowledge of hand tools, can read and understand construction/shop drawings, and is comfortable working in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities
Read and understand basic construction drawings, shop drawings, and plans
Use common hand tools safely and effectively
Assist with measuring, cutting, assembly, and installation
Follow drawings, specifications, and instructions accurately
Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work safely and follow company safety procedures
Work independently as well as part of a team
Perform other general shop and field duties as required

Qualifications
Basic knowledge and experience using hand tools
Ability to read and understand prints/drawings
Valuable measuring and basic math skills
Reliable and punctual
Solid attention to detail




Able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision
Physically capable of lifting and moving materials
Previous construction, manufacturing, doors/frames/hardware, or installation experience is an asset, but not required

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, willing to learn, and takes pride in their work. The right candidate should be comfortable working with tools and be able to look at a drawing or print and understand what needs to be built or installed. Also, being able to speak Hindi or Punjabi (English also) would be considered an asset.
