Duties
Stock, organize, and maintain produce displays to ensure freshness and visual appeal
Assist customers with locating products, answering questions, and providing friendly service
Conduct regular cleaning and sanitation of produce areas to meet health standards
Manage inventory levels by rotating stock and replenishing items as needed

Skills
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments




Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred but not required
Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer needs effectively
Solid communication skills for engaging with customers and team members
Knowledge of merchandising techniques to display produce attractively
Excellent organizational skills for managing inventory and maintaining cleanliness
Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
