Requirements:
Canadian citizen with English proficiency (IELTS/PTE)
Active Licensed Physical Therapist
Graduate of an accredited PT program
Experience with geriatric patients preferred
Offer:
$48–$55/hour + $10,000 sign-on bonus
$5,000 relocation reimbursement
TN Visa sponsorship (2 years, renewable) + EB-3 green card option
Full support with licensing, credentialing, and immigration
Responsibilities:
Assess patients and develop personalized rehab plans
Improve patient mobility and monitor progress
Educate patients on recovery stages
Supervise PT assistants as needed
Maintain confidentiality, safety, and compliance
Collaborate with the care team
