Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Full Time Team Member to join our rapid-paced food service team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in creating a welcoming environment for our guests while helping with food prep, cashiering, and maintaining smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities
Prepare food items according to company recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order taking, payments, and sales transactions.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu options.
Assist with food handling, sanitation, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas.
Support upselling efforts to enhance sales and improve guest satisfaction.
Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures responsibly.
Contribute to a team environment by bussing tables, restocking supplies,



and supporting other staff members as needed.

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations.
