Job Description:

Shamrock Automotive, serving Fort McMurray for almost 50 years, is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team,

A key role of this position involves preparing estimates of repair costs to our customers, entering claims to various fleet management companies for approval, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

You will be responsible for handling the service process from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for our clients, and maintaining a good relationship with the fleet management companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle service needs.
Answering incoming phone calls in a timely, friendly, and skilled manner.
Provide detailed explanations of required repairs and maintenance.
Prepare and present accurate service estimates to customers.




Enter claims to various fleet companies for approval, ensuring compliance with their requirements.
Coordinate with the shop management, other service advisors and technicians to enable timely and productive completion of work.
Maintain open communication with customers throughout the service process.
Handle customer inquiries and assist in resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all services performed and claims processed.

Qualifications:
Extensive previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
Experience in entering claims to various fleet management companies for approval is an asset.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for service management.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
