Duties
Prepare fresh pizza ingredients, including dough, toppings, and sauces, following food safety and sanitation standards
Assemble pizzas efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
Operate the Micros Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and cash handling
Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipt issuance
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, food prep stations, and dining space in accordance with health regulations




Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels to ensure smooth operations

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation or food service environments; restaurant experience is highly valued
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory calculations
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced team workplace while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

Pay: $16.00-$16.40 per hour
