In this hands-on role, you will manage the setup and sanitation of our boutique studios, ensuring every detail supports a flawless member experience. Working on evenings and weekends, you’ll support operational efficiency and provide outstanding service to enhance each member’s journey with us at AVANT. Your passion for presentation and proactive problem-solving will be critical in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare studios for each fitness class impeccably
• Ensure all training equipment is clean and organized




• Lead sanitation procedures following every session
• Anticipate and fulfill member equipment needs
• Conduct quality checks on studio appearance regularly
Requirements:
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, or events
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Physical capability to handle fitness equipment
• CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to acquire)
• Must present a recent Criminal Background Check
