About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Remote HR Generalist to join their People Operations team. This role is designed for a proactive individual who can manage a broad range of HR functions in a fully remote setting. You will be instrumental in supporting employees, implementing HR initiatives, and ensuring smooth operational processes. Provide comprehensive HR support to employees across various departments, addressing queries and concerns. Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for remote employees, ensuring a seamless experience. Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, and support payroll functions. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting with candidate sourcing and interview coordination.



Maintain employee data within the HRIS and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2-4 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong preference for remote work experience. Solid understanding of core HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits. Experience with HRIS platforms and standard office productivity tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fully remote workplace. Perks
