ResponsibilitiesWorks in collaboration with the resources from the Sports & Youth Initiatives Division and relevant regional partners (NV's, KRG, KI and others); Communicating with community resources in recreation to ensure their preparedness to participate in sporting events.Help facilitate special sporting or Cultural events for and in Nunavik communities; Attend meetings, as and when required, and prepare action items; Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for travel; Assist with inventory of equipment in communities; Assist other department's staff with logistical and clerical duties as instructed by the supervisor; Ensure the hardcopy and electronic filing of administrative documents; Be available totravel, as requested; Perform other related duties within the scope of the position or as requested by supervisor.QualificationsHigh School Diploma; Effective communication skills in at least two (2) of the three (3) languages: Inuktitut,
