TKBC is an industry leader in Transport Refrigeration with applications including refrigerator trucksand trailers, refrigerated containersalong with heating, ventilation and air conditioningsystems for bus, construction equipment as well as other types of transport vehicles. As a Parts Representative, your primary focus will be to source and provide parts and parts related info to our service team as well as retail customers.



Your goal should be to deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction by communicating updates and status changes while working to expedite the parts sourcing process.

Your effectiveness will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed KPI’s and objectives set out at the beginning of each fiscal year.

Your core responsibilities will include:
Lookup and Source parts and provide parts information for Service Technicians and Retail Customers
Answer inbound calls from Service Technicians and Retail Customers
Assist in the receiving and put away of parts orders
Assist in the ordering of parts
Assist with shipping and booking couriers for outbound parts orders
Meet or exceed individual KPI's
Deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions with technicians and customers
