In this role, you will be responsible for framing interior and exterior walls using steel studs, ensuring accurate measurements and alignment to meet project specifications. Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately assemble steel framing components
Measure, cut, and install steel studs and tracks with precision using hand tools and power tools
Collaborate with carpenters, drywall installers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of framing with other building elements
Operate heavy equipment such as lifts or cranes safely for lifting and positioning steel components
Perform concrete forming tasks when required for foundation or structural support elements
Assist in drywall installation, siding work, or restoration projects as needed to support project completion




Use welding techniques where necessary to secure steel framing components effectively
Maintain a clean work workplace by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols

Experience
Proven construction experience with a focus on framing or metal stud installation
Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
Familiarity with drywall installation, concrete finishing, siding, and restoration work is a plus
Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, woodworking equipment, and heavy machinery operation
Knowledge of welding techniques relevant to steel framing applications
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
Solid understanding of safety standards related to construction sites and equipment operation

Pay: $21.80-$39.11 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
