Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
Handle food preparation tasks including dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards at all times
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knives with precision
Assist with menu planning by suggesting recent pizza flavors or toppings based on customer feedback and culinary trends
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to guarantee freshness and safety
Support the team during busy hours by providing excellent food service and timely meal preparation

Skills




Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant settings
Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
Experience with menu planning, catering, and fine dining environments enhances your candidacy
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
Passion for culinary arts with a focus on pizza making, including creative topping combinations and presentation skills
