Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Team Leader - Operations to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will lead daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient workflow, and uphold high standards of safety and quality. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline processes, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional fulfillment services to our clients.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including order processing, packing, shipping, and inventory management
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational excellence
Monitor workflow to meet productivity targets while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Coordinate with other departments to optimize logistics and resolve operational issues promptly




Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to foster continuous improvement
Maintain accurate records of operations, shipments, incidents, and safety reports

Requirements
Proven experience in warehouse or operations management, preferably in a fulfillment or logistics environment
Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software is a plus
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across teams and ensure transparent directives

Pay: $47,840.00-$54,080.00 per year
