Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide qualified massage services that promote relaxation, relieve tension, and support overall health and well-being. Duties
Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities.
Assess clients’ conditions and discuss their goals to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client progress.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up therapies or products.
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client concerns professionally.
Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques,
and continuing education prospects to enhance skills.
Qualifications
Valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions and treatments is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client questions confidently.
Prior experience in massage therapy or related wellness fields is desirable but not required.
