LEXIA COMMUNICATIONS INC. an authorized service provider for TELUS is presently hiring an energetic Full Time Hardwired Alarm Technician for TELUS Smart Home in Calgary, AB and surrounding areas.

Stable Job, with competitive pay

Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in DSC Neo Hardwire Alarms
Install, service, and program HARDWIRED Alarm systems.
Troubleshooting security system.
Mount and fasten keypad panels, door, and window contacts, etc.
Provide service in accordance with the established procedures and techniques using proper tools, test equipment, and the replacement parts.
Provide top-notch CUSTOMER SERVICE and tech support to the clients.

What's Required:
Experience with Hardwired Systems such as DSC, Neo, is MUST
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
You will interact with consumers daily and should be comfortable and able to effectively communicate/train customers

Must to have:
Must have a reliable vehicle
Basic tools
Criminal background check
Must know Hardwired Systems such as DSC, Neo, etc.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
