Sharif Fitness is looking for an experienced Muay Thai Coach to lead our Women-Only Muay Thai program at our premium boutique fitness facility in Ajax.

We are looking for a skilled and confident Muay Thai instructor who can deliver high energy, technically sound classes while creating a welcoming, engaging and professional training environment.

What we are looking for:
Strong Muay Thai background with proven coaching experience
Excellent pad work, technique and class instruction skills
Ability to confidently coach beginners through intermediate members
Ability to modify movements as needed
Solid communication and leadership skills
Professionalism, reliability and positive energy




Proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain excellent client retention
Ability to create structured, challenging and engaging classes
Genuine passion for Muay Thai and helping clients become stronger and more confident

Requirements:
Muay Thai coaching experience
Solid technical foundation and understanding of Muay Thai fundamentals
Previous group fitness or Muay Thai class instruction experience
Coaching certification or recognized Muay Thai credentials/experience preferred
Reliable and professional
