POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Panorama residence is currently looking for
of a full-time daytime maintenance person, they will be responsible for carrying out various upkeep and maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments. Full time day position, every other weekend.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
Transparent and salt the entrances
Maintain and clean the premises
Make service calls




Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified training in general building maintenance (an asset)
