POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Place Dorchester building located downtown is currently looking for a Customer Service and Rentals Coordinator. Are you a sales ace? Proactive, with innovative sales-marketing ideas? We have the chance for you waiting for you!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the property manager the interventions requiring a specific action plan.
Ensure the provision of high level customer service
Follow-up of rental files
Fulfill leases
Manage the collection of rents and the making of deposits according to the standards in force
Plan the arrivals and departures of tenants and ensure the optimal progress of these activities,



while maintaining the security of the building and its occupants
Preparation and follow-up of moves
Respond to customer inquiries, email follow-ups
Respond to rental requests (email follow-ups, Facebook, ILS, etc.)
See to the management of the repair work according to the requests of the tenants with the members of the maintenance
Update the various administrative reports
Update the various rental reports
Work with the property manager for rent collection
