Job Duties:
Work with water base (98%) and solvents (2%)
Spray paint cabinet parts using spray gun
Prepare material for staining/painting
Sand and touch up as needed
Mix colors as needed
Apply paints, stains or lacquers and top coats
Glaze and antiquing
Maintain spray paint equipment
Judge quality of finished product and correct if needed
Clean up work area and equipment daily
Other duties as assigned

General Experience/Abilities Requirements:
3 years spray paint (water based) application experience on wood products using spray guns
Able to use rate, ratios, proportion to mix finishes and calculate how much color to mix for different batches of stain/color
Able to work with paint products, thinners and lacquers
Experience sanding
Able to lift up to 40 lbs
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Excellent attention to detail




Must be able to work standing for long periods of time (max 3.5 hours at a time)
Must be able to wear PPE

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm (40 hrs per week).
