About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Pharmacist for an urgent, direct-hire opportunity in Manitoba. This is an onsite position for a qualified professional who will be responsible for filling prescriptions and providing high-quality pharmacy services.
The successful candidate will also have opportunities for professional growth and management development within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately fill, verify, and dispense prescriptions.
Provide appropriate medication information and patient support.
Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and team members.
Demonstrate solid outreach and relationship-building skills.
Follow all applicable pharmacy regulations, policies, and procedures.
Support pharmacy operations and contribute to team success.
Take on increasing leadership and management responsibilities as the role develops.
Qualifications
Must be a licensed Pharmacist in Manitoba.
Previous professional pharmacy experience required.
No interns or new graduates.
Strong communication and outreach skills.
Interest in management and long-term skilled growth.
Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Willingness to obtain and maintain licensure for Saskatchewan patients as required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary up to $130,000 CAD/year
Equivalent to approximately $62.50 CAD/hour based on a 40-hour workweek
5–10% annual performance bonus
3% annual salary increase
