Responsibilities
Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and other sushi menu items according to recipes
Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
Assist in receiving and storing ingredients
Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation
Qualifications
Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred
Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
