Field-Max is expanding our shop operations and seeking experienced, versatile tradespeople to join our fabrication team.

We are looking for individuals who consistently produce high-quality welds that meet inspection standards and who are confident in fabrication and fitting.

Minimum Requirements:
Valid CWB FCAW certification (mandatory for shop work)
Proven experience producing UT-quality welds
Strong blueprint reading and fitting skills
Experience in structural and/or heavy fabrication
Commitment to safety and quality standards

Schedule & Hours:
Monday to Friday – Day shift (evenings available)
Overtime available
Weekend work as required

This is an chance to secure steady shop work with strong overtime potential in a quality-driven fabrication setting.

Pay: From $38.00 per hour
