Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fitter to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality products and structures, ensuring safety and durability. Requirements
Experience in MIG welding steel, stainless steel, aluminum using .035 wire.
Experience using hand and power tools such as levels, tape measures, drills and taps, saws, hammers.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assemblies.

Duties
Weld decks, frames, truck bodies, and other fabricated components.
Fit, assemble, and install structural and mechanical components.
Measure, align, mark, drill, bolt, rivet, and fasten components using hand and power tools.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings,



and work orders to determine project requirements.
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Complete quality assurance checks and sign-offs for finished work.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet production schedules.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Shop Foreman.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
