Rent-free spacious 2-bedroom apartment, this is a taxable benefit, 2 weeks vacation, vision care, dental care, recent work uniform issued annually, free in office parking

Position available immediately. One-year contract leading to Permanent, Full time

Schedule:

Monday to Friday and on call every other weekend, plus on-call overnights. The two live-in superintendents will work complementary shifts and cover for each other during absences, vacations, sick leave, and emergencies, ensuring continuous building coverage.

2 Live-In Superintendents (Midtown-Toronto)

We are seeking two (2) hands-on, reliable Live-In Superintendents for a condominium building in Toronto. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of building maintenance or handyman experience and is comfortable handling repairs and building systems independently.

Responsibilities
General repairs: minor plumbing, light bulb changes, touch-up painting, and minor door repairs
Maintain HVAC, boilers, generator, and building systems




Hook-up and relocate garbage compactor bins, reposition bulk bins, ensure compactor area is kept clean and odor- free and bins are regularly cleaned and changed
Conduct daily interior and exterior building inspections and maintain records
Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance calls
Maintain building cleanliness, safety, and security
Perform snow clearing and salting of outdoor sidewalks
Receive and store the delivery of supplies
Complete minor common-area repairs
Coordinate with property management and contractors
Other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements
Ideally, 2+ years of relevant maintenance/handyman experience
Troubleshooting and repair skills
Experience with fire panels, sprinkler systems, elevators, sump pumps, boilers, and generators is an asset
Reliable, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Positive communication and problem-solving skills
