Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation quality and proper food handling procedures
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and providing correct change
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies




Assist in food preparation or setup as needed to support kitchen operations and guest needs

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong guest service skills
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient order processing
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and order calculations
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Hospitality mindset with a focus on creating welcoming atmospheres and upselling prospects
