Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Micros POS system.
Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, while upselling items when appropriate.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to tables.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of menu items, food handling practices, and customer service skills.

Qualifications
Previous experience in the restaurant industry is required.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced setting while maintaining professionalism.
Robust communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
