We’re hiring for Pasta e Basta — a quick-service pasta concept inspired by one of our most beloved restaurants, Ask for Luigi - now open at Timeout Market in Oakridge Park.

This concept is built around a simple idea: outstanding pasta, served quickly, without compromise. This is Luigi at its most direct form — familiar, comforting, and generous. No extras, no complications. Just good pasta, served well. Even in a quick-service setting, the goal remains the same: to create a moment of connection through food and hospitality.

Qualifications:
1+ year experience cooking in a high-volume environment
Full-time flexible availability
Pasta experience considered an asset
Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multi-tasking and maintaining high food standards
Strong understanding of first-in, first-out procedures, with pride in maintaining a clean and organized workstation
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Food Safe Level 1 is considered an asset
