Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of manual tasks to support the efficient operation of our projects and facilities. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work workplace. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting.

Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as needed
Support the setup and cleanup of work sites or production areas
Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure safety and cleanliness
Help with basic construction, assembly, or repair tasks under supervision
Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly

Skills




Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
Valuable communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manual labor environment
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse settings is a plus but not required

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
