Duties
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing, sanitizing utensils, cookware, and kitchen surfaces to uphold health standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support the culinary team
Handle food items safely, following proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety
Support cooking activities by organizing ingredients and preparing basic menu items under supervision
Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly stored and maintained for effective operation
Contribute to a positive restaurant atmosphere by supporting serving staff and ensuring timely delivery of orders




Follow all sanitation protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a clean, safe working setting

Requirements
Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Familiarity with cleaning procedures, food handling, and basic food preparation techniques
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
Robust attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking, food safety, and hospitality operations
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues and guests
Previous experience in hotel or food service industries is a plus but not mandatory
