Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Masonry Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting skilled masons on a variety of residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities
Assist with setting up scaffolding and maintaining a clean, safe work area
Mix mortar to required specifications
Supply masons with tools, materials, and support as needed
Perform grouting and jointing using various tools and techniques
Operate masonry equipment such as wet saws, grinders, and drills
Follow all site safety procedures and company standards

Requirements
Previous construction experience is considered an asset




Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
Reliable transportation to our shop
