Position Overview:

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist / Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and help ensure smooth daily operations in the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients with a professional and friendly attitude

Manage bookings and appointments (in person, by phone, or online)

Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions; open and close the cash register daily

Offer guests coffee, water, or other beverages





Maintain cleanliness and organization in the waiting area and reception desk

Assist barbers with simple tasks to prepare the shop for the day (e.g., towel setup, sweeping, sanitizing stations, etc.)

Support daily operations and ensure clients have an excellent experience

Qualifications:

Solid communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Basic computer and POS system skills

Previous experience in customer service or reception (barbershop, salon, spa, or hospitality) is an asset
