Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and a variety of food items with precision and care
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and attention to detail
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and ensure an outstanding customer experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
Follow food safety protocols, handle food responsibly, and ensure compliance with health regulations




Support food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, or baked goods as needed
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction

Skills
Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles with solid barista skills preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for smooth transaction processing
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Basic math skills for cash handling, giving accurate change, and managing sales totals
Knowledge of food handling procedures and adherence to food safety standards
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail during busy shifts

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
