Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. As a Barback, you will assist in maintaining the bar area, stocking prep areas & fridges, maintaining cleanliness through the club.

Responsibilities
Support bartenders by restocking supplies, including liquor, beer, and mixers.
Clean and maintain the bar area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
Help with the setup and breakdown of the bar before and after events.
Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and assisting with their needs.




Follow food handling and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Robust communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailz
Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

All employees are required to obtain a responsibile beverage certificate.
