Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, tables, and service stations
Assist with food preparation and food safety practices to uphold health regulations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu options, specials, and wine pairings




Ensure guest needs are met promptly by checking back regularly and responding to requests

Qualifications & Experience
Previous restaurant, serving, hospitality experience is an required.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays and split shifts, particularly during busy periods.
Valid Smart Serve Certificate is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic math skills for processing bills, payments, and making change.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an asset.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Comfortable standing and being active for extended periods.
