Job Description

Bready Café is looking for a Full-Time Baker to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about bakery operations in a fast-paced café environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes and standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work station
Follow production schedules and meet daily output requirements
Manage time efficiently and work independently during early hours
Ensure consistency, quality,



and freshness of products

Requirements
Previous bakery experience required
Able to work early morning shifts starting at 3:30 AM
Strong cleanliness and organization skills
Good self-management and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Food safety knowledge is an asset
