CNC Milling Machinist

Location: Mississauga, ON
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay Rate: $23.00–$25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture precise, high-quality parts according to technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision-machined parts.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining specifications.
Input and adjust machine settings, including tool speeds, cutting depths, and feed rates.
Load and securely position raw materials on CNC machines, ensuring proper alignment.
Monitor machining operations to ensure parts meet quality and dimensional requirements.
Perform accurate measurements using vernier calipers and other measuring tools.
Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain accuracy and production quality.
Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work efficiently in a rapid-paced manufacturing setting.




Work independently as well as collaboratively with the production team.

Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience operating and setting up CNC milling machines.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong knowledge of machining processes and CNC machine operation.
Proficiency with vernier measurements and precision measuring tools.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to troubleshoot and make basic machine/tool adjustments.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What We Offer
$23.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience.
Full-time, permanent employment.
Monday to Friday schedule.
Consistent 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM shift.
