About the Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with robust hands-on experience in Angular and Node.js for a long-term contract prospect with one of our insurance clients.

You will design, build, and maintain contemporary web applications and APIs in a collaborative, agile team. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular (v12+) and TypeScript - Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code;

participate in code reviews - Collaborate with product owners, designers, and QA in an agile delivery team - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Required Skills





8+ years of full stack development experience - Robust proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 - Solid backend experience with Node.js, Express, and REST API design - Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and agile methodologies

Nice to Have:

Experience in the insurance or financial services domain - Cloud experience (Azure or AWS) - Unit/integration testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Mocha) - Containerization (Docker) and microservices

Experience Terms: Long-term contract with a leading insurance client.

Hybrid work model — GTA, Toronto. Competitive hourly rate, negotiable based on experience.

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Pay: $60.00-$85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
