Join our expert team at Preferred Collision Kingston as a Collision Center Estimator! We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to assess vehicle damage, create accurate estimates, and deliver exceptional service to our clients and insurance partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Write and review damage estimates using Mitchell & Audatex systems
Coordinate with production and parts teams to meet profitability and delivery targets
Communicate with customers and insurers throughout the repair process
Identify additional sales opportunities while ensuring estimate accuracy
Follow up on open estimates and manage RO file closures

What You Bring:
2–3 years of experience in collision repair estimating or sales
Proficiency in Mitchell Cloud Estimating , RepairCenter and Audatex a plus
High school or college diploma in automotive body repair
Valid G Driver's License
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
