We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Shipper / Receiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and over 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Pull and assemble customer orders accurately
Check outgoing orders for accuracy and completeness
Perform inventory checks and restock products
Label, move, store, and replenish materials as required
Receive, unload, and process inbound shipments
Stock and organize incoming materials
Process and inspect customer returns; initiate freight claims for damaged items
Maintain a clean and organized work environment (sweeping, trash removal, etc.)
Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documentation
Collect, input, and maintain all data related to shipping and receiving activities

Qualifications and Skills:
Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or material handling role
Valid license and experience operating:
Reach forklift
Electric Walkie
Counterbalance Forklift




Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to maintain records of goods movement using Microsoft Excel
Clear criminal background
Excellent communication English language kills – verbal, written, and reading comprehension
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
